The base form of most Korean verbs and adjectives is 'word root(stem)+다'. You can see this form in the dictionary. All ending words in this form are changeable according to tense, passive, honorific expressions, etc. When it changes, word root does not change like other languages. Only the word ending chages and is replaced with other endings depending on the speaker/writer's purpose.

ㄷ이나 ㅌ이 모음 'ㅣ'를 만나면 [ㅈ] 혹은 [ㅊ]으로 발음됩니다. 이것을 구개음화라고 합니다. When the last consonant 'ㄷ/ㅌ' meets the vowel '이' after, it linked with it and prounounced [지/치] for the easier pronounce. This phenomenon is called palatalization.

“EVERY WORD(except postposition) have to have a space.” is the rule of Korean. 조사는 왜 제외일까요? 혼자서는 사용될 수 없는 단어이기 때문입니다. 조사는 반드시 앞말에 붙여 써야 합니다. Then why postposition particles are exclude? Because it cannot be used ALONE. It has to be attached to the before it. 🙊 아버지가방에들어가신다 🙊 아기다리고기다리던택배 🙊 속보입니다 🙊 작은형이큰집에서잤다 위의 문장은 띄어쓰기를 어떻게 하느냐에 따라 의미가 달라집니다. Sentences above have diffe..
