🌿 Yes or No answers for the negative sentence

'안/못'이 들어간 한국어의 '예/아니오' 대답은 영어와 다릅니다.
In Korean, the Yes or No answers for the negative sentence are different from English.

영어는 자신의 상황에 따라 질문에 대한 대답이 같습니다.
You answer these two different following questions with the same Yes or No sentences depends on YOUR SITUATION.

Q1 : Did you have your lunch?
Q2 : Didn't you have your lunch?

• If you had your lunch 👉 Yes, I had my lunch already.
• If you didn't have your lunch 👉 No, I didn't have my lunch yet.

한국어는 다릅니다. 한국어에서의 '예/아니오'는 화자의 문장이 참인지 거짓인지를 나타냅니다.
Korean is different.
In Korean, Yes or No tells you wheather the speaker's saying is TRUE OF FALSE. 

🥗 Situation1 : if you had a lunch

🤖: 점심 먹었어?
🐰: 응, 먹었어.(True, I had my lunch already.)

🤖: 점심 안 먹었어?(Didn't you have your lunch?) 
🐰: 아니, 먹었어.(False. I had my lunch already.)

🥗 Situation2 : if you didn't have a lunch

🤖: 점심 먹었어?
🐰: 아니, 안 먹었어.(False, I didn't have lunch yet.)

🤖: 점심 안 먹었어?(Didn't you have your lunch?) 
🐰:응, 안 먹었어.(True, I didn’t have lunch yet.)
