‘ㅃ’ is called ‘쌍비읍[ssang-bi-eup]’, which means ‘double ㅂ’. When it is pronounced, tongue position is as similar as ‘ㅂ or ㅍ’. The huge difference between ㅃ and ㅂ, ㅍ is the wind blow.
