‘ㄸ’ is called ‘쌍디귿[ssang-di-deut]’, which means ‘double ㄷ’. When it is pronounced, tongue position is as similar as ‘ㄷ or ㅌ’. The huge difference between ㄷ and ㄸ is the wind blow.
