‘ㄲ’ is called ‘쌍기역[ssang-gi-yeok]’, which means ‘double ㄱ’. When it is pronounced, tongue position is as similar as ‘ㄱ or ㅋ’. The huge difference between ㄱ and ㄲ is the wind blow.
