Let's learn Korean
기본 모음 | Basic Vowels 본문
Korean has 14 basic consonants and 10 basic vowels.
ㅏ,ㅑ,ㅓ,ㅕ,ㅗ,ㅛ,ㅜ,ㅠ,ㅡ,ㅣ
All vowels are pronounceable by themselves. However, all Korean letters should have a vowel and at least one consonant, so writing only vowels won't create words. To form a vowel a letter, you must write a consonant ㅇ which has no sound.
The following words made only vowels.
