‘ㅉ’ is called ‘쌍지읒[ssang-ji-eut]’, which means ‘double ㅉ’.
When it is pronounced, tongue position is as similar as ‘ㅈ’ or 'ㅊ'. The huge difference between ㅉ and 'ㅈ' or 'ㅊ' is the wind blow.
When you pronounce ㅈ, the wind blows out from your mouth slightly and comfortably likey you are whispering, but ㅆ doesn’t. When you pronounce ㅉ, you have to hold the air in your mouth and pronounce it strongly, so the air does not come out from your mouth. If you put your hand in front of the mouth and pronouce those words, you can easily notice the difference.
